We’ve seen Iron Man vs. Captain America, Batman vs. Superman — now get ready for “cupcake vs. cupcake” as Food Network puts on a superhero-themed episode of Cupcake Wars.
The show throws the bakers a curveball from the start when two adult bakers find out that they will be competing against two child baking prodigies to have their cupcakes featured at a party celebrating the DC Super Hero Girls. They are not just fighting for pride, though. the winners will get $10,000 dollars on top of bragging rights.
Writer Shea Fontana and Ashley Eckstein, who voices Cheetah, are guest judges for the special episode which premieres Monday May 9th, at 9/8c.
