Stephen Colbert had author Jill Lepore on last night to discuss her book The Secret History of Wonder Woman. An excerpt of the book ran in the New Yorker a month ago, and it was marvelous. The book immediately shot to the top of my birthday wish list.
Definitely not for kids, but a must read for anyone interested in the history of feminism, superheroes or (like me) both.
